DON'T JUDGE ME
let.me.tell.you.what.i.look.like
It's hard to tell which people notice first about him. Some mention his long, bright reddish orange hair. Others mention the black eyepatch strapped across his face. In the end, everyone describes him as tall, scrawny and pale. Sen actually isn't as tall as most predict. He stands about 5'11 though often looks taller due to his thin, lengthy limbs. His left eye is a soft green which he claims is his most attractive feature. Under the eyepatch on his left eye, is large scar and an empty socket, though it's rare he ever removes the patch. The scar most people see is in the middle of his left hand. It's looks as if a sharp blade was implanted right through the center of his hand. Aside from the scar, Sen is also almost always seen with a cigaret in hand. As for his attire? Most often he is seen wearing whatever he is able to get his hands on. Mostly he tends to steal light jackets, t-shirts and some sort of jeans or Khakis.
EVERYTHING'S INSIDE
i.really.like; Challenges (Though he will often complain), jokes, parties, sweet foods, men, adrenaline rushes, stealing, laughing, flirting, picking fights
but.i.don't.like; Staying in place, being serious, over cooked foods, being tied down or trapped, being told no, books, electronics
i.rock.at; Quick reactions, fast runner, acrobatic, flirting, lying, smelling.
but.i.can't.seem.to; Can not read, swim (Though he can somewhat doggy paddle), take leadership roles, make close friends, tell the truth/open up, stand still, poor money management, selfish.
i'm.afraid.of; Small spaces and deep/dark water.
and.of.course.i'm.not.normal;
Be it Pokemon or Human, Sen almost always keeps a smile on his face when in company by another.
Sen is chain smoker.
He also has a tenancy to fidget whenever he is nervous. Usually when without a smoke, when feeling cornered or in a small space.
He almost always has to be moving. He can never seem to stand or sit still.
someday.i.will; He wants make something of himself. He has no idea how or why or if he wants it to be good or bad. Despite what he says, deep down he doesn't want to be forgotten after death.
and.here.are.my.buddies; Ariados, Poochyena, and Swablu
if.i.had.to.sum.it.all.up;
Carefree. Or at least that's how Sen would describe himself. For the most part, people would agree with him. On a deeper level, as there always is in people, Sen longs for the day he is accepted by someone or someones. He has a longing to achieve something remember-able in his life, be it good or bad. A longing he no sooner tell you about than he would throw a water balloon at a Charizard. Yet it's Sen carefree characteristic that often outlines the reason for ever lasting smile. A smile some people almost find annoying because it never seems to go away. He smiles when he is happy, excited or grateful. He smiles when he is sad, nervous, afraid or in danger. He even tends to smile when getting the crap beaten out of him. Along with that smile is his laughter. The two seem to go hand in hand and it often causes people to believe that he sees everything as a joke. Sadly, that's mostly true. Sen has a habit of making a joke out of everything. Deep down, joking about things, especially when feeling emotional, helps him feel better. Not to mention that it masks any true feelings he may be feeling.
Though Sen will appear to care about someone, it's almost always for self profit. If he is getting along with you, it's either because he is bored, or wants something. Sometimes it's a mixture of both. He has absolutely no problem hitting on someone if he believes he can get a place to sleep, or a partner to fool around with for a night. He also has no problem making friends with you for a day if he believes you'll feed him or give him things. If he really has nothing else to do he will hang out just for the hell of it, but most of those friendships are short lived. He often ends up finding a way to hurt the person he is with or abandoning them. If confrunted he wont admit it was on purpose, but truth be told, Sen has deep trust issues. He feels no one can be trusted and everyone will leave at one point or another. So in short, Sen purposely breaks any ties he makes as soon as he can. It's one reason he doesn't excel in his work with team Magma. Though part of him doesn't want to lose the job, the other part of him wants to keep his fellow team members from wanting to get too close.
Sen doesn't have a high respect for most people or pokemon. After all, he looks out for himself most of all. However, evadance that he longs to find that person he can be close to is found through the few Pokemon he gained close ties to. While his attachment to his Poochyena is questionable, it's quite obvious that cares greatfuly for his three pokemon. This is most evident in his attachment to Ada. Sen will go through great lengths to protect her and vies verse.
WHERE I COME FROM
if.i.had.to.write.an.essay;
His father was a thief. His mother was a thief. Not wanting to feel left out, Sen too is a thief. Well, in truth he didn't have much of a choice. His mother, being unable and unwilling to seek proper medical care, died shortly after Sen was born. That day forward, Sen was raised by his father who taught him the only trait he knew. Thieving. In his toddler days Sen learned how to be on his own rather quickly. His father would often leave him in hotel rooms or small camp sites for hours on end. It was during these days that Sen made friends with his shy yet attitude filled Spinarak. The two had been copped up in a small room together and after several hours Sen had managed to trick the Spinarak out from under the bed. That day on the two became close friends and Spinarak quickly gained the name Ada.
When Sen's father deemed him old enough to be useful, Sen began learning how to steal. At first his father had him doing small things such as stealing food and clothes. After a while he taught Sen how to pick pockets, locks and mites... errr burglary. One last skill his father taught him was how to sell the stolen goods, to spend money and how to spend it quickly. Sen quickly learned the reason why when he kept onto a old, fancy pocket knife he had stolen. The old owner ended up finding him and used it to take out an eye. Luckily his father got him out before he could lose anything else, but not before it went through his hand. All in all, It wasn't such a bad life. Someday's they lived like kings with the things they managed to steal. Other days they felt like beggars... ok, they were beggars on bad days. All in all, Sen was pretty happy. Or at least he always appeared to be happy. He was a child, despite having a rough life, who always had a smile upon his face. Sure, he had many trust issues, relationship problems and sometimes poor hygiene, but he rarely seemed to care.
After a heist gone wrong, Sen's fathers disappeared. The two of them had set out to break into a small, innocent looking house only to quickly find out it had hidden alarms. Rarely did they mess up so badly, but the two had taken the house owners too lightly. After his father didn't show up at the meeting place, Sen figured the man had been caught. The next day Sen found out his father abandoned him. The authorities hadn't caught the thief's and his father was no where to be found. Sixteen and alone.
Father or no father, Sen continued to live out life the way he was taught. Everything he did was for his own self gain. Any friends he made, he quickly hurt or abandoned. Any money gained was spent on food, hotels and drinks. Out of the blue, he ran into a small Swablu while robbing a small country house. Turned out the owner of the house had passed away and no one had come to collect her things yet. It was why Sen was there, of course. The Swablu had been sitting in a cage, watching and quacking angrily at Sen's every movement until Sen just couldn't help but let it out. He had expected the small thing to attack him before flying off. It did attack him but not with a peck of it's beek. It rubbed the small dirt stain off his cheek so hard, Sen was certain his skin would stay red forever. Every since, the tiny thing followed Sen around acting much like his and Ada's mother. Eventually Sen gave it the name Blue and ended up catching the pokemon in a pokeball.
It was around the age of twenty that Sen got his third pokemon, and gang. They preferred to go by Team Magma but Sen referred to them as his gang none the less. When he joined the team, they gave him a Poochyena as his 'welcoming' gift. It was explained to him that many more riches would follow as long as he was loyal and did his job well. Sen figured he sucked at his job as he rarely saw any riches other than his pay check. Sometimes he didn't even receive that. Something about him being a poor team member and lazy twit.
As for the Poochyena? Well, the thing was... kind of... a dumb mutt. It spent most of it's time chasing it's tail and other various things. Sen found it rather hard to train it to pay attention long enough to listen to a word he said. That was how Sen got into pokemon training. He had heard about the gym leaders but had never gave them much taught until one day he decided he need to learn more about pokemon training. Already having his first Pokemon, Sen began his quest to become a better trainer while continuing to complete any tasks given to him by Team Magma.

Soft was the rustle in the tree canopy. A sound which could be mistaken for the breath of the wind in the hot afternoon air. It moved swiftly until the harder ‘thump’ gave away it’s true identity. A Sceptile, tall for his species, hand landed half a yard away from the rushing river. His slim, faded green body had bent as he landed and was now just beginning to straighten out. His target? The river of course. Though he greatly enjoyed the heat of the sun on his back, it had been quickly drying him out. Throughout the course of the day he had been sipping water drops off of large leaves within the forest. The water off the leaves was sweet, but warm. Vipin, as that was the name he had given himself, could think of no place better than the Rushing Creek to get a nice, cool and refreshing drink.
Carefully keeping an eye on his surroundings, Vipin had casually made his way to the creeks edge. He had stopped only once to smell the faint fragrance of a small blue flower along the way. Once by the river he took a few moments to scan his surroundings again before leaning over to gulp water. It was true; Vipin did see himself to be a noble pokemon. A king in fact. It was also true that ‘Kings’ did not ‘gulp’ or ‘chug’ water, however, in this instance Vipin just couldn’t help himself. He had all intentions of sipping the water but the second the cool liquid hit his tongue, well… he had been lost by its tranquilizing flavor. It could happen to anyone, couldn’t it?
After a very satisfying drink of the cool water, Vipin had lifted himself up to take a well desired breather. During that breather he began to remind himself that while ‘gulping’ water felt good at first, it could often lead to uncomfortable stomach-aches. He certainly did not want one of those. Especially since he had plans to do a bit of training before sundown. Yet while he was busy going over all of the displeasing reasons he did not want a stomach ache he had missed the rustling in the trees behind him. Even worse, he stopped paying attention to anything that could be above him in the sky or below him in the fast rapids of the creek. Distractions were never a good thing. One never knew when a pest might decide to ruin a perfectly good afternoon drink.
